Feedback:

Nicole and her team, Ana, Ashley, Tiffany, Joseph and the new joining Euron are definitely providing excellent customer experience and banking services. Nicole is a great branch manager who holds a high level of professionalism, deep understanding about customer's banking needs, great patience and courtesy. She and her staff are also very caring and focus on building a strong long term relationship with their customers.

Always polite and helps tremendously. When I get locked out of app or need knowledge on information, the crew is ready to help as a team. And the coffee is great

My family has had a great experience with this bank since they opened! We have multiple accounts including ones for our teenagers, and the staff has been beyond helpful on every occasion. At this point, I wouldn’t bank anywhere else!

So I went to withdraw funds with my drivers license and credit card and was refused access. It was clearly what we call "self hate" as sadly a fellow African American (Manager of some sort) refused to allow me to withdraw my funds because I had no debit card. The federal reserve and any other applicable agency will receive a complaint.

Today was my first visit to this Chase branch, which opened in the last few years. Ms. Softley helped me, she provided great customer service, something I have gotten used to at my other branch on Cheshire Bridge, but I was still surprised to be treated so well at a branch where no one knew me. Very positive experience.
