With most insurance places, they sort of secretly raise your rates until you have to call in to see what can be done to lower it. Almost as if it's a "lazy tax", as I'm sure a lot of people just let it go.At Chase Insurance Agency, I'll get a call if he finds a lower rate on his own. That's service. That's how you know you're being taken care of.Chase goes the extra mile for you -- If you need a copy of a document, or anything at all, really, he doesn't just do it; he seems to be genuinely happy to do it.I for one, could not be more pleased in my dealings with CIA.
