I rarely post reviews and wouldn’t have except for the short dismissive email answer from this owner. Instead of venting publicly I would hope my customers would contact me directly if there is ever a problem so I can make sure I resolve it. Feedback helps my company run better for my customers benefit. It was clear this owner does not like feedback. It is obvious where the whole company attitude of ‘we are never wrong, it’s someones else’s fault’ comes from in this organization. The young girls I worked with in BR are very nice and if not for them I would post as a 1 Star. They are sweet and friendly, produce very attractive reports but didn’t ever give any detail requested and their work did not produce orders. I asked to communicate with the owner more than once and was told that was not possible until I finally searched and found her email on my own after I quit using them. After almost two years, I never got the details I requested including actual spend amounts for ads on Facebook. When I questioned it, the answer was always the same. We didn’t spend all you paid but will spend it somewhere else later. Maybe use for social media but they are not knowledgeable or equipped to do any google search engine work. Maybe they just didn’t understand my business but should have brought someone else in to help. Especial considering that during the 2 years I used them I was bounced back and forth between the girls as they were both out on maternity leave at different times. As I continued to increase budget the return got worse so it was better to explore other options. Now after changing companies and only 3 months with a new group the difference is amazing and I wish I had not tried to stay with Chatterkick so long. It was a costly experience

Chatterkick is definitely a must have when you are trying to implement a social media campaign. I don't know how others do it but Chatterkick is like golfing or fishing...you make the initial swing or cast and let them do the job. I truly recommend them...but if you are sure give them a call and go from the initial meeting. They all are great, but Molly is thumbs up!
