Unprofessional "business centre" ran by amateur, careless and rude staff. Messages were not passed through, customer names and numbers taken down wrong, no parking available, even when agreed in advanced (but don't ask the staff - they have not a clue!). It's apparent that long-term customers are favoured and newer businesses disregarded and made to feel a burden, especially on the lovely ladies on reception, who are more interested in texting on their mobile phones. A huge, unfortunate waste of mine and my company's time.
