I have been to this location three times recently. Every visit was less than a ten min wait in line. They have a TV showing how long your estimated wait will be. I have been it at different times of the day and they are still moved the line at a good speed. Carla is super friendly and helpful! She made my experience smooth and got everything done quickly. Also if you do not know what to bring with you they are great at answering questions on the phone. Definitely worth it to CALL ahead and make sure you have all the paperwork you need!

Poor. Lady was really rude and told me she couldn't help me at all It was close to lunch. So that's all that was on her mind!!! Won't be coming back to this one. Worse Cherokee nation experience I've ever had!!
