I needed to get my house checked for mold spores. I called many places to get quotes and learn about the process. The moment Holly answered the phone I knew Iwill be working with her. Not only is she extremely nice but also super knowledgeable. She was able to come to my house the same day I called. She explained the entire proces over the phone. When she arrived Holly did thorough inspection of my house. She noticed many things, even beyond the scope of her work, that needs to be tended to. She made many recommendations with detailed explanations. I am highly recommending Holly Smith. In addition to all above, she is very positive, happy, non stop smiling person- I wish there were more people like Holly in this world. Thanl you!

I was really impressed by Brett during the home inspection he did for me. His 20 years of background in home construction really came through as he explained a lot of the background in home building techniques; showed me how to fix a garbage disposal that's been clogged by silverware, explained the inner workings of the furnace, AC and sewage systems.Very personable and professional, great attitude and very thorough, explained where I might need a specialist or when that time might come. Definitely recommend Brett Kelley

We are very grateful for the thorough and efficient job of Brett Kelley. He gave us a detailed and informative report to share with our landlord, the next morning... Mr. Kelley knows his stuff and is very detailed. He checked everything he could, and gave a written description and pictures. He also educated us on what we could do as renters. I wish, I could give him more than five star and plan to give his card to anyone in need of an inspector. He is kind and he cares about the job he's doing and that is what separate's him from most... When I buy my future house, I'm calling the Chicago Home Agency(CIA all the way!!!) Brett, you're the best!!!
