INCOMPETENT. We sold and closed on our home June 2013. We were given 3 different final figures for closing costs that were all wrong. Even when I pointed out that I believed the final numbers were wrong and the presumed mistake prior to the closing, I was assured that the figures were correct. After waiting over 4 hours at our closing- we were left scrambling to obtain another certified check before our bank closed when the numbers were ultimately wrong. They were very unprofessional and we were extremely unhappy with their lack of knowledge and competence. I would never recommend this company!
