State farm is the worst insurance company a person could have!. My vehicle was vandalized and I reported it to State farm and Chris I have full coverage insurance but they refuse to pay a dime! There's $2,700.00 dollars in damages after taking pictures and having estimates they still refuse to pay a dime!. State farm is not there when you need them! But they want thier money from you! My vehicle is totaled! And I had to buy a new one! State farm took advantage of me and ripped me off! Don't use this company! The vandal broke in through the icebox vent and ripped wires and broke the gas lines now my icebox quit and gas is leaking out into my living compartment! I had to shut off my propane stove because the camper might catch fire. I lived in this full time and did ministry work. The vehicle became unliveable and I had to replace it myself! I was treated poorly by claims when I reported the loss they didn't care! And refused to pay my claim or anything of my losses. Repair of my vehicle is costly! The value of my vehicle is $12,000.00 and State farm refused to fix or pay for any damages even tho I have full coverage! So don't get put out to pasture! Don't use State Farm Insurance!!!!

Chris and his staff have been extremely helpful when our family has had to file a claim. They give great recommendations for companies to work with if we need repairs on our home or vehicles. I’d recommend this office to anyone looking for a great insurance experience.

Un believable that you experienced poor service at this agents office Mr.Johnson,it is not the rec eptsionist job to sell you insurance,perhaps your attitude had something to do with it.Had you been more pleasant to deal with and asked to set down with Chris and discuss your policies you would have found out just how easy it is to deal with Chris.Chris goes above and beyond for anything i have questions about and has alway's been there to answer any questions for me.Ohh Yeah and save me money by periodcally reviewing my policies
