I’ve been dealing with State Farm since we moved here in 1989. I can’t say enough about the wonderful team at Chris Nielsen State Farm. Thanks to Rebecca for answering all my life insurance questions and Brian for making sure I have the proper coverage on my homeowners insurance. Cheryl and Lise are always willing to help but my go to person is Becky. I feel like she’s part of my family and can count on her for all my car insurance needs. She’s always willing to give me options and steer me in the right direction. I love dealing with Chris and his team because it’s like dealing with a small town family business but in a growing city. Most of all I love that I can call and take care of things over the phone and not have to make an appointment to go into the office to get things done. Thanks for all you do!

Have been with Chris for over 12 years and State Farm for 55 years. When we first moved to Tennessee, I was having a major issue with our Missouri home, the agent there was doing nothing to solve the problem. I talked with Chris and he worked with State Farm and got it corrected immediately.. We have 4 Vehicles, Home, Rental Property and 2 Life Insurance Policies written by them. We have always had great service from Chris and his folks at Spring Hill. Highly recommend them.

I’ve been a customer with Chris Neilsen State Farm since I moved to TN in 2001. I’ve had everything from auto loans and car insurance to life insurance and home owners insurance with them and they have always taken very good care of me and my family. They have great rates and are very quick and easy to work with when you have a question or a claim. I highly recommend you give them a chance to earn your business.

I don't know where to start. I was having a major tag issue: I wound up with a Tennessee sticker on an Alabama plate. After multiple calls to the state of Alabama and multiple trips to the court house I was finally handed a paper giving me directions to call up my State Farm agent and get proof of insurance from a certain date emailed to them along with a small questionnaire. I was instructed by the courthouse here in Alabama to have my insurance company do this.Let's just say the lady I dealt with said she had 23 years in her field and had never dealt with what I'm going through. Well I'm sorry. She was very rude while I was instructing her on what needed to be done. She took my straight forward attitude as rude and complained while I was helping her help me. I never said a foul word to this woman. I even thanked her and apologized for all the inconvenience I caused. And she still acted awful. I don't know if it was pure laziness on her end or if she was having a bad day but I've worked in customer service for half the time she has and I make sure to satisfy my customers and accommodate them to the best of my ability even if there is a four question questionnaire. I never complain to my customer about how "you could have done it yourself"Do you think if I could have done it myself I would be on the phone with my insurance company? What a headache. I do not recommend giving business to this agency. They seem like they aren't willing to help out their customers.
