If it was up to me I would not have even put a star. Please think again before you use this agent. He is the most rude, unprofessional person I have ever met. He actually gave me false information and led me to believe that if I canceled my policy that I would have a cancellation fee and could not provide how much the fee would be. When I told him I was not told about a cancellation fee he then replied by saying, "Why would we tell you about that?" When I asked to speak to someone else ( because he was so arrogant and giggling when I was talking) he told me he was the owner and he is the boss instead of providing me with corporates phone number. To make a long story short, I contacted corporate and filed a complaint. They were so embarrassed that they actually had a person like himself representing their company. No wonder his parking lot is always empty.
