Other than the price, we were mostly happy with State Farm up until recently. We pay full coverage, but State Farm is dropping our roadside assistance. Our policy allows 2 tows per year, which is what we've had the past 4 years. We are well within policy, and yet they want to drop it for "frequency." We are also charged service fees each month and charged for "policy changes." Policy changes have shown up on more than 50% of our bills, yet we are not the ones making changes. Every time the policy changes, we pay extra. Not worth it for pricing or billing. Claims are also slow to process. We have officially cancelled our policy and gone to another company, which offers the same coverage, but which will save us almost $50/MONTH. We should have made the change sooner! If you're worried about pricing or frequent changes or loopholes in policy, this is not the place for you.
