Poor communication with potential suppliers, seem to think that items can be magically produced out of thin air and expect the supplier to absorb all the costs. I had my time wasted by a member of staff called Joanne who failed to communicate cleary and expected my small start up business to run on guess work despite their very specific and custom demands. She then denied any accountability. The kind of business that you are better off without.
