Feedback:
Rented the same house for 2 years. Upon exiting we were given a minor list of things to do to get the bond back like replace a fluro, hose the back deck off and replace a rubber door stop. All good with that. 3 days after that and we had left town they added they wanted the front yard trees and bushes trimmed. I initially refused as felt they couldn't add to the list days later plus tree and hedge trimming is the owners responsability. They put in a complaint to the Tennancies Authourity and would not pay back our bond of $2600 till we paid the bill of $82.50 for the hedge trimming.
