This Water Public Works groups is the most unprofessional, rude, and inhumane people I have ever come across in my dealings with utility payments. They were paid in a timely fashion and promised to have my water cut back on before the days end and they failed in their promise and professionalism which caused me to come house to with a home no water and their pockets full of my money.

I call to let you know that we have limbs that need to be picked and sometimes we have to wait a while because you all are very busy. The truck came today after 6 pm and picked up our limbs on Eastside Ct. Thank you for doing a great job and cleaning up the limbs.

All dealings with this Department have been terrieble. They always stare their nose at me. They don't care whether it's 10 degrees out or what situation you are in. Won't help.
