I have seen cj marketing callously let go of hard working employees without any warning. They penalize you for sick time and hide it under the guise of “you’re not reliable”.These same employees were not afforded any time for themselves as they were working toward achieving ridiculous deadlines. There is absolutely no work/life balance and a lack of communication or direction. There is no sense of teamwork; everyone is out for themselves. Overall, one of the worst companies to work for.
