We have decided to leave this company after 6 months because the management are rude and abrupt and do not like being questioned, when clients have any concerns. You're probably thinking as to why we stuck around with this company if they management are so rude and abrupt. This is because we had signed a minimum 6 months contract. If we wanted to terminate the contract early we would have be liable for the remaining months on the contracts, so we decided to allow the contract to runout and also giving one months notice as specified in the contract. (Happy customer don't leave) I think you can draw your own conclusions from that really !Responding back to the owners comment. We are extremely disappointed in this response from CLD Digital Agency and does reinforce our opionion and continues to show them in a bad light. We are shocked that they have focused on the fact that our SEO person is dyslexic. Discrimination should not exist in any form and we pride our company policy on being all inclusive whether race, creed, colour or disability.We feel that CLD Digital Agency should look closely at the way they respond and their approach to disability. We are mindful to take this further.The company were made aware that the person involved would need to clarify emails by telephone. Due to the ineffectual nature of the campaign provided we had to run other PPC and adwords campaigns at the same time, as well as traditional marketing which would have increased our Google analytic stats greatly. Sadly we had to do this as we were unhappy with the results being achieved.We WERE definitely tied into a six month contract. Our contract states it was for a minimum of six months and contract cannot be transferred. If we left the contract early we were liable for paying the remainder. We were also hoping that the company could deliver on what they said they could achieve.I hope people can read this review and make their own conclusions.
