If you are traveling on NASA Road 1 between El Camino Real and NASA Space Center, avoided it between 3 & 5 p.m. Every day of the week. The buses stop right in the middle of NASA Road 1, put their red lights on and hold up the entire freeway while they drop off the kids and chat to parents. You'll be waiting for 15-30 minutes with the traffic backed up for at least a mile. It would be easier for them to just pull into the street they're dropping the kids on (which I've suggested), but evidently that hasn't crossed their minds or they don't really care....I'm betting on that they don't really care ;-). avoid this at all costs.
