Feedback:

Needs work, but not the worst place.

Feedback:

I would recommend going to a different one. I have called 2 weeks ago they didn’t switch over my phone nor did they send me a SIM card which they said would only take 2 days.

Feedback:

I applied to a web-related position (middle management). They declined to even interview me but they then sent a rather "vague" interview request via text to my cell. I contacted them to find out if it was about the position I was seeking or a similar web/middle management position. It wasn't. They wanted me to come in with a bunch of other candidates for an ENTRY LEVEL call center "opportunity" LOL. That (to me) made them appear very desperate and just downright insulting (I have an MBA with a 4.0 GPA with 15+ years of experience), to have them want to interview me for some $8-10/hr entry level nonsense that has nothing to do with my degree was rather insulting. I would never want to work for a company that can't be bothered to show a little respect to potential candidates and tries to be all secretive with their interview request approach.

Feedback:

I have worked here for a little over a year, and is the best call center I have worked for, but over all the best job I have had. I have had alot of advancement for my short time here so as long as you show up and prove your self each day you will move up rather quickly!

Feedback:

loved working here

Feedback:

I've been at CLEARLINK for just under 3 years and have loved my experience here. I've brought at least 5 friends on board with me because I know the company cares about their people. You hear a lot about trips to Vegas, big parties, and crazy giveaways at CLEARLINK, but honestly, the best part is the people. There's a lot of genuinely good people, doing super smart things, who are willing to share their knowledge and build you up. Definitely recommend applying if you're looking for a change of pace.

Feedback:

Worst job I've ever had! The customers are rude, supervisors are rude and pushy. Please do not work for them, it was miserable.

Feedback:

I've only been at CLEARLINK for around 8-9 months now, but I have to say that this company has amazing people behind it. I work on the corporate side and I'm continually impressed with the inner workings and how often they look for feedback to improve the office. The perks are extremely competitive, though not all of them are quantified, there are still some good selling points like the near 100% Healthcare benefits (after 1 year), flexible schedules, creative atmosphere and of course a stocked break room. As for the cons, the work can be demanding, and the tight deadlines can leave you working over the normal hours. The current workflow processes are a bit convoluted, and communication has struggled due to the lack of adequate space and structure within the office. But overall, I would recommend CLEARLINK over and over again, at least for the all the corporate positions. The people are diverse, smart and motivated creating an atmosphere that you want to succeed and strive in. In my experience it's rare to find a company that recognizes when your employees are happy, the company is happy.

Feedback:

Working at CLEARLINK is an amazing opportunity. The company does a really good job at taking care of their employees, communicating, and making a good work enviroment.

Feedback:

I'm an employee and have been working at Clearlink for about 9 months now. Work life balance is amazing, the people are consistently happy/enthusiastic, and it's free of a lot of startup culture baggage--we don't work ridiculous hours, personal health is a priority (my supervisor saw me crunching to get a project done and made me take some time off). Healthcare is great, too. The place isn't without flaw, either (no place is). The location made it very difficult for me to get to work (it's located just west of SLC Airport). I've been a downtown SLC resident since 2009 and never needed a car until I worked here; getting a car saves me 3 hours per day in public transportation travel time. Worth it. Another thing some may consider a downside is the tech stack here for building and maintaining websites is out of date--however, the company is mid-transition to updating their systems. It's something im personally excited about. Processes are iterative, and you get a real big sense that Clearlink places priority on iteration/improvement company wide, both in its employees and its production pipeline. It's a great place to work.
