I'm a life-long Cleveland Heights resident and live my city. Our city hall is a welcoming building with a quant atrium at the front entrance. The times I've been there (admittedly it's usually to pay a parking ticket >_<) I've found the employees helpful and friendly. Positive government interaction ^_^
