Feedback:
They do not have an attendant at the counter at all times to check in bags and issue boarding passes. I was told that attendants are only available one hour before each flight leaves. Heaven forbid any unforeseen circumstances occur one hour before your flight. I was given advice by one the airport associates that TSA moves very quickly so there is no need to show up two hours before your flight and considering that my flight was at 6:15 am, the airport would not even be open at that time. I understand that this is a small airport but travelers need to be able to rely on a dependable process.
