Accord Mortgages’ marketing team has been working with ClientsFirst from April this year. We started with a three campaign pilot and we’ve decided to continue working with them indefinitely. It makes a huge difference to work with an agency that as well as bringing marketing expertise, also understands the people we’re doing business with (mortgage brokers). Like us, they’re passionate about having a purpose and brand to champion. And the final and equally important thing is as people, we suit each other and work really well together.Lizzie is a great account manager – the right blend of friendly and professional, you know she’s always ‘on it’. She handles a huge amount of stuff for us and is incredibly easy to work with – absolutely critical when you’re talking / emailing daily.Sam is most definitely a technical wizard, but approachable with it and he talks in a very client-centric way. At a recent presentation, he’d clearly really thought about the solutions we needed as first priority (rather than the system capabilities first). Jon, the MD clearly loves what he does and is very good at it and combines marketing and industry knowledge to great effect. We have good conversations – that might sound like a small thing, but it’s not. Everyone else I’ve talked to has been good too. I’ve never worked with an agency I liked so quickly and easily before, they feel like part of our team rather than having a client / supplier relationship. I could talk about their model (solid) and the fact that they’re a Hubspot partner with great knowledge and lots of other stuff too, but it’s a review, not a short story. For me, what turns a good agency partnership into a great one is the quality of your relationships and a joint love of what you’re trying to achieve together. The fact that I’m confident to speak so highly of ClientsFirst after such a short time working together speaks for itself.
