Terrible customer service; the local rep Martha Flanigan, is abrasive, crude, rude and obnoxious and extremely unprofessional and lacks people skills; this company will become non-existent in Memphis here soon; much more professional advertisers and new coupon magazines coming out with excellent customer service; I was a customer with Clipper for years and tolerated this ruthless sales rep; I didn't terminate for the mere fact that I was receiving new clients from the coupons; however enough is enough and I will not tolerate her maliciousness; the corporate headquarters could care less about us, the loyal, good paying customers; it's all a numbers game for them; STAY CLEAR OF THIS MARTHA FLANIGAN AND CLIPPER MAGAZINE; YOU'LL REGRET YOU INVESTED IN IT.
