I employed this company to provide a voucher solution for my business.they took 100% of fees upfront and produced an off the shelf service, 4 months late and what they produced is nothing related to what was requested in the brief or phone calls and 'interactive' meetings.they have asked for double the fee to try and fix. Totally unprofessional, now have to go to court.
