In a world of software complexity, I believe the CloudNet360 small business sales and marketing CRM automation system is head and shoulders better than Infusionsoft. When using Infusionsoft, I found the functions "layered" and hidden so there was so much memorization required and it was so frustrating to set up a simple sales funnel. With CloudNet360, I feel like I'm in charge from day 1. If you're looking for a small business automation system that does what you want, that automates what you do instead of you conforming to the way the software works, then CloudNet360 is definitely the best option.

I’ve only worked with the team at CloudNet360 for a few weeks but I could not be happier with the response I get and the willingness to work with me even when I have problems outside their control. Most companies would just tell me it’s my problem and not help but my e biz advisor was willing to go the extra mile to make sure my business was looking good.

We development tools of CloudNet360 makes everything easy - it's straightforward but powerful. One of the ways that it makes that balance is that it functions well from Day 1, no matter how much or little implementation you've done. Other CRMs sometimes feel useless unless you've spent months setting them up. Not so cloudnet360!

I have been using them for over 1 year now and they never asked me for a review on their service until recently. Even I was thinking why these guys never try to market them while other platforms like infusionsoft, ontraport spending millions of dollar on marketing but thank god they finally are looking at their online marketing campaign.To be honest, the kind of features they offer in one platform, as simply amazing and I can guarantee you that no one in the current integrated crm market offer so many features with so much simplicity.5 Star review for their business automation software.5 Star review for the support staff especially Marie and Shane.Area of improvement: I am not 100% happy with their ticket system though They are about to roll out the new ticket system soon and I hope it will fulfill my expectation.Will keep you guys updated on that.Anyways, many thanks to Cloudnet360 to make my business grow and help me understand a lot of small details like up-selling, split testing which in turn increased my revenue by 25% within 6 months.

Cloudnet360 is the one company that can truly be call an “all in one” business system. I’ve either used, or evaluated, all the others out there and it’s easy to see why the smart sales and marketing people are all using cloudnet360 to run their businesses.The level of refinement is right where you expect it to be and the ease of use is beyond anything else I’ve tried. Finally, the feature set they have simply cannot be matched today. There is the obvious small business focus in the software and you can just tell that their product designers fully understand exactly how a small business operates and how to make features that complement the small business operator instead of fighting or trying to change the way they operate.Cloudnet360 is the small business automation leader for a reason, actually for multiple reasons.

The one really "all-in-one" online marketing system for business that is effective with a quick start up at an affordable price.Incredible service. super fast and super responsive and i get exactly service what i need vary simple and user friendly.Easy to use interface, smooth logic flow from one section to another.

Saving time and eliminating complexity has always been a huge struggle for me. Before I started using you guys, I spent a crazy amount of my day on “systems” instead of doing the sales I wanted to focus on. Now I have far more business automation than I ever had before and because it’s all under 1 login, I probably spend less than 10% of the amount of time I used to spend on my system items.I never even bothered split testing before because it took too long to set up and run but now I do it with all my broadcasts and auto responders because it only takes 1 more “click” for every variation I want to test. This is really, really awesome and I’ve learned so much about what works and what only kind of works.

Coming from Ontraport all I can say is WOW!I had no idea how much time I was wasting every day. Cloudnet360 has taken 3 separate tools off my plate and combined them into one. And this isn’t even counting the sections I haven’t even explored yet but I’m really looking forward to getting that survey stuff going, it sounds like exactly what I’ve been trying to do manually.

Hands down and without a 2nd place anywhere in sight, the email subject line split testing in the cloudnet360 CRM auto responder is the best thing I have ever used!Most auto responders don’t even have split testing and the ones that do are so complicated to use that it’s not worth the hassle. When all I need to do is click a button and add another subject line, oh yeah, you know I’m gonna split test 3 or 4 subject lines every time I set up an auto responder email or send out a newsletter blast.
