My Internet was out this Saturday. I called to report it and was told a technician would calll to schedule an appointment. Since It is now Tuesday and I have not received a call, I called back and was given the local number but when I call, no one answers and the phone hangs up on their end

They charge $2 per GB if you go over the 100 GB monthly bandwidth limit. Horrible.

Incredibly disappointing in-person customer service. Whoever this lady is at the front desk, whom I've nicknamed Delores Umbridge, has a lot of nerve. Terrible customer service skills. She would be more suited to work in a broom factory.

I have read the reviews and did not experience the same service issues noted. Denise was proactive and VERY helpful along the whole way. We were closing on a home and needed to make sure we did not have a break in service...it was because of her proactive work, it was a great success. When the technician was meant to be there, he showed up and was very friendly and FAST. I have no complaints at all and thank them for their help.
