Please note: I edited this review. I looked at it again and found a few statements that had truth in them but were not as accurate as I would like. I removed those.Also, my individual realtor was very nice. This has been the WORST experience I have had in an attempt to place a home on the market. I thought using this Real Estate Company would be a good experience as they appeared reputable and their signs are seen all over town.It appears that this realtor group is so anxious to turn over properties, that they do not listen to the wishes of the owners.I have had other realtors call my home number! An owner's phone number should not be available to anyone other than their own realtor.I have had persons at my door with no idea of how to use a lockbox. I have learned a lockbox can be misused by realtors. I recommend not using one.I was called once by a central service person who was aggressive and arrogant in demanding entry to my home when I had gone out of my way to leave my home available to show by stepping out and away so another realtor could show the house to a client.No care has been given to making appointments to see my property with very little lead time provided. An absolutely horrible home inspector came to my property unaccompanied by a realtor. He was unfriendly at the least and he broke my toilet! How on Earth do you break a toilet!!!I had to ask him to leave he was so awful. Lest the reader think that for some reason my home is a disaster, think again! It is clean, well cared for, uncluttered, freshly painted, has a REEM a.c. and a huge water heater that are five years old, 3-4 year old ceramic tile in every room of the house, ceiling fans in every room, a HUGE, well kept back yard that has xeriscaping and mature trees including a pecan and a mulberry tree. Needless to say this has been a horrible experience.
