As a professional investor of 40 years I would advise that you avoid this agency. It's not Coldwell Banker and it's not the agents. It is the broker who's the big jerk. My agent who has a 5 star rating on this very website was not allowed to pick up the key I mailed overnight to her so she could show my property. The listing had not been published and the tenants are still there so my agent is the only one I would allow to be on the property. The broker said he gave the key to another agent without my permission. This was after his agency made a profit on 2 high end properties in summer of 2018 that I purchased through them.That is what I call a BIG JERK!
