Feedback:

The ethics and integrity of this company is respected across California as one of the BEST of the BEST! I have worked in this industry for nearly 30 years and ask anyone reading these reviews to read them all. Real Estate is a very difficult business, with buyers and sellers each having their own expectations.

Feedback:

Greatest real estate company anywhere!!

Feedback:

My husband and I have just finished a purchase of a home in Nevada City and a simultaneous sale of another property in Grass Valley. Our agent, Noel White, guided us through the process with expertise, straight talk, personalized service and care. Through the process, he was in contact with us several times each week. Sometimes he answered important questions that we did not even know we had! He knows his business and this area! Since we were from out of town and the property we were selling needed some remodeling work, Noel became a resource for whom to contact for electrical, plumbing, finishing work – you name it. He is a “local guy” with deep roots in the community. In two instances, he arrived at the property in his old truck to help with projects. When it came time to sell the property, he held an open house for other realtors, provided food and “sold” the property. I would recommend Noel White and Coldwell Banker to anyone who wants to buy or sell property in this area.

Feedback:

My wife and I experienced a sale which, at best, can be described as a “difficult" escrow. Our sale would not have been possible without the assistance of our agent, Kurt Congdon, and the entire Coldwell Banker team. Kurt and the buyer’s agent jointly assumed the costs that we incurred when the buyer was unable to close escrow on the date stipulated in the contract. She requested a postponement, which added costs to us beyond the original contract. These costs should have been the buyer’s responsibility. Kurt and the buyer’s agent, in order fro conclude the sale, agreed to split the cost. Also, Jason Moore, Kurt’s office manager, was extremely helpful in explaining to the buyer’s agent the provisos of the contract as to what was included in the sale and what was not. We are extremely pleased with Kurt and Coldwell Banker Realty. They were knowledgeable, ethical, and patient. It’s no wonder that Kurt is rated the top seller in the Nevada County area.

Feedback:

Steer clear of Kurt Congdon and Jason Moore at this agency. They are unethical, unprofessional and down right arrogant. There are a lot of really nice agents in Grass Valley and they don't seem to work here. I had to hire an attorney after our recent purchase of a home. What should have been a fun experience was turned into a nightmare as the Sellers removed items not in the contract, and left trash in the home for us to clean up. Kurt was even too lazy to come get his own sign and sent his dad. What a coward. The broker tried to blame a lack of communication on the part of my agent which wasn't the case at all. Bottom line, if you love a home listed by these people, bring your attorney with you prior to signing anything.

Feedback:

Coldwell Banker is an amazing company! As an agent I have been offered extensive training along with nonstop help and guidance. Everyone at Coldwell Banker Grass Roots Realty is an absolute pleasure to work with! You will not find a more helpful and uplifting group of people.
