One of the worst experiences in my life. I am contemplating filling a complaint to the realtor board over the unscrupulous business practices of this realtor. Do your best to do everything you can too stay away from this realtor and especially Charles Kennedy or Pat Dickey. Please Don’t use this company. I wouldn’t let my worst enemy to use this realtor. Believe me if you don’t want to get screwed and treated dishonestly and lied to stay away. Use Homeland Properties out of Hunstville which is an honest trustworthy realtor. Homeland list properties on their website which include most if not all east Texas counties. Ask for Andy and I promise you your experience will be just the opposite of being lied to and manipulated. Very very untrustworthy. Asked around town to several business and found out Pat Dickey has several complaints with the Texas realtor board in Austin. Doesn’t surprise based on what I’ve seen. AGAIN STAY AWAY FROM PAT DICKEY COLDWELL RELEATORS.Per the response from the realtor....the realtor informed of their unscrupulous dealings through the Texas Real Estate Commission for real estate. The real estate office provided misleading information and basically did not provide the truth. Another person reached out to me from Houston looking for property in the area and they too had a similar experience with this realtor. Funny thing is the realtor was under investigation by the TREC (Texas Real Estate Commission) when the lady from Houston was being screwed by this realtor. Again, please don't even look their way on the square in Crockett. If you see one of their signs just remember they will screw you.STAY AWAY.
