We just closed on the sale of our house and purchase of anotherthrough Coldwell Banker Pro IV with Deb Banta as our agent. We couldn't be happier with the service! When there was a problem Deb took care of it quickly, when someone was less than enthusiastic about their job than was appropriate, Deb gently encuraged them. Not only did Deb and the folks at Pro IV get us what we wanted for the house we sold, Deb was instrumental in closing The deal on our new place for significantly under market value, a feat about unheard of in a time of waiting lists and bidding wars. And they did it while making us feel like we were buying and selling million dollar mansions, when even added together they didn't amount to that..
