Go with Joe!! Joe Weltner was beyond amazing! It was our first time buying a home, we were beyond nervous...until we met Joe! We viewed homes with 2 agents from Howard Hannah and it just didn't feel right...and then we met Joe Weltner! He eased our Anxieties, answered ALL of our million questions promptly. No matter what he was doing he always answered! We found our new home All Thanks to Joe and it is EVERYTHING we were looking for! I highly recommend Joe!
