Kristina's knowledge of structural engineering and all aspects of existing structures, and recommendations for improvements, are a value that few can offer.Kristina's integrity and investment in her working relationships lend to her outstanding value and outstanding resource in any real estate transactions you are looking for. I purchased my first home in June to the thanks of Anna B. She was amazing! I was at sea when I found the home, Anna went above and beyond helping answer my questions, get additional information i requested and even made an additional trip to take more photos that I had questions about. I traveled through just about every time zone and had horrible internet connectivity which made this an even grater challenge for Anna in getting back to the sellers bank and the likes. Due to my demanding schedule and lack of internet sometimes it wold take me several days to get back to her, but whenever I had a question she would answer it within hours. I seriously don't know how she has time to sleep. Again, an absolutely amazing experience thanks to Anna B

I worked with Anna Boucher from Coldwell Banker Rizzo Mattson and it was a great experience. Even though I was indecisive and my exceptions for my house were high, she never made me felt guilty for turning down a house. She was patient, humorous, and personable.

Anna Boucher has been amazing and a pleasure to work with through this very emotional process of buying a home.. We had tried a couple brokers before, but it seemed none really wanted to put in the extra effort as we hadn’t signed with anyone and we had a difficult credit situation. Then we decided to sign with another broker and he was an absolute nightmare to work with! To the point that we waited for the contract to expire just to be able to not have to deal with him any longer. Then along came Anna who was a breath of fresh air.. Even though we hadn’t signed a contract with her, due to our last experience, she went out of her way to find us the homes we “wanted” to see, and that she knew would be our style.. She was patient and kind, as you would expect any person in this difficult line of work to be. And believe me the previous broker from another brokerage was so impatient and fought with us on the homes we wanted to see, I would say he was horrible at best. Anyway, I would highly recommend Anna Boucher with Rizzo Mattson Coldwell Banker. You won’t be disappointed! We weren’t and she found us the home we had been looking for.. Thanks Anna!!

I have bought 2 duplexes and sold 3 properties through Coldwell Banker Rizzo Mattson. I have always been more than satisfied with their professional ethical attention to details by their Sales Agents and Realtors. My last sale was during a very stressful time in my life after I had cared for both my parents in their home, as they died of cancer in their 80's only a year and a half apart. As the executor of their estate I had to sell their home. Kristina Stewart from Coldwell Banker Rizzo Mattson quickly came to my rescue as I was fixing up their small house to sell. She went above and beyond her duties by pitching in and actually helping me get the house ready to sell! She is the most pleasant, caring person!! She was compassionate and did a great job marketing the home and finding a perfect buyer to boot! She helped me close quickly and easily with a price that pleased all the heirs. And my parents would have been proud of how the home looked when it was sold. Even though it was not a big commission sale for Christina, she spent time and effort making sure I was happy as well as the buyer. I loved working with her and would recommend her highly! Excellent work!
