I have been on Oak Island since 1986 and been employed in the Real Estate Industry since that time. This beach is, let me say, accommodating. There are beach access and parking on most cross streets. The overall attitude is "a family beach". Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage has an office located next door to Food Lion on Oak Island. The agents are seasoned and know the area. Come when you can.
