Good Day. I wish to send this brief review and note of appreciation to the Colgan Insurance Agency and, most importantly Mr.Gene Svrcek. In December 2017, I had the misfortune of experiencing several pipes breaking from the cold weather and damage to my home from flooding. I have been a client of the Colgan Agency for my home and auto insurance with Penn National for many years and contacted Mr. Svrcek to explain the situation. He genuinely listened and helped me with the claim. I absolutely could not have completed the damage repair work, restoration and new kitchen remodeling without the help I received from Mr. Svrcek and the insurance company.
