The Parmesan cheese tastes great. Sadly, I found out that 21.6% of the cheese is cellulose. Cellulose is basically a filler made of wood, like eating saw dust.

Just made spaghetti and clams in white sauce, it was great. This was my first time using this brand, and I will use it again and again. Great taste and loaded with clams.

The employees were nice but the guy who loaded my truck added to much weight. I was 5000 pound over gross and it was all on my drives. Cost $438
