(Translated by Google) Hotel with small and old facilities in need of a makeover. Room is very small and with zero soundproofing. The wifi does not work and the room gets very hot, not having air conditioning. Very inconvenient climb to the rooms with luggage as it has no elevators. Also, access is not very easy, the car park is quite hidden. We booked for 95 € for one night, which we supposedly paid that night. Upon arrival at the hotel they said that we had to pay another 98 €, and that these 95 were just a security deposit (There was no information on this when booking). The receptionist, while struggling to be minimally satisfied, could not express himself very well in English. The only plus point of this hotel is to have an eleclerc next door if you need to buy something. Otherwise, I have only negative points to add. I do not recommend. Very high value for the hotel which is .. for sure i will not be returning(Original)Hotel com instalações pequenas e velhas, a precisar de uma grande reforma. Quarto e wc bastante pequenos e com zero insonorizacao. O wi-fi não funciona e o quarto aquece muito, não tendo ar condicionado. Muito inconveniente subir para os quartos com bagagem uma vez que não tem elevadores. Para além disso, o acesso não é muito fácil, o parque de estacionamento é bastante escondido. Fizemos reserva por 95€ para uma noite, o que supostamente pagava essa mesma noite. À chegada ao hotel disseram que tínhamos a pagar mais 98€, e que esses 95 eram apenas uma caução (Não havia nenhuma informação quanto a isso no acto da reserva). O recepcionista, embora esforçado para ficarmos minimamente satisfeitos, não conseguia expressar-se muito bem em inglês. O único ponto positivo deste hotel é ter ao lado um eleclerc caso se precise comprar algo. De resto, só tenho pontos negativos a acrescentar. Nao recomendo. Valor muito elevado para o hotel que é.. com toda a certeza não voltarei
