They get a 5 star from me.i don’t why people are complaining about this place.every time I need help.i go here.

Feedback:

The head start program is a joke in some ways... Granted you have some nice individuals there... I love the principle an some teachers. Others act as if its a crime to ask questions when its concerning your child and or information... Honestly communication is key and i believe they really need to focuse on that... Other wise lots of errors will occur because of it... Every 1 needs to be on the same page... However one teacher in particular is really irritating as hell alisha graft... She was my sons teacher an she asted like she didnt know her ass feom a whole i n the ground... They made a bad choice hiring her... What sense does it make to tell me what my son did 3weeks ago when i ask u every day how he is doing an all u can tell me is he is fine? But other teachers can tell me more about my child then u and u are his primary teacher? Honestly im not the only parent who believes shes on some type of drug.....

a joke! i have been calling all morning monday tuesday and began calling today but same results rings and straight to busy signal no matter what option you choose.

Great community resource...Go in and find out about all the programs and services they have... Excellent!! Don't wait for someone to tell you....Learn first hand for yourself...I did!!!

This place is a joke. The instructions say to call between 6am and 8am for assistance. You can never get through. They're rude if you can actually reach anyone.

This is the worst organization. Very poorly ran. I think they get money from the state or county and from United Way. I will no longer be donating to these organizations.

I have been trying to get help with my home energy ever time I call they are full now mind you I stared calling at 5:58 am at 6:10 they have no more slots open and I use two phones to call and can never get through if there's anyone else that is having this problem I ask you to report them something can be done

I come here to get my taxes done every year. They do great things for the community. Reason I gave it one star is because I spoke to Doris she is very rude and has a nasty ass attitude over the phone. I simply asked her about what time they was going to be filing taxes. If you don't like your job then quit.

I GRADUATED IN JAN.OF 2017 FROM THE CERTIFIED PRODUCTION PROGRAM. I EARNED A 5 YEAR CERTIFICATION , I WAS ON A FIXED INCOME AT THE TIME AND TODAY I AM EMPLOYABLE. I ALSO COMPLETED THE COMMUNITY ACTION CAR PROGRAM. IN WHICH THE C.C.A IS HELPING ME TO HELP MYSELF GAIN TRANSPORTATION SO THAT I CAN GET TO & FROM WORK. I HAVE TO ADD &75 A MONTH INTO A JOINT ACCOUNT TILL I REACH MY TARGET GOAL OF $1300. I AM ALMOST THERE. THANK SO MUCH IN HELPING ME TO BELIEVE IN MYSELF. I WILL BEING CALLING SOON TO LET YOU KNOW I JUST GOT HIRED
