I was threatened that police would be called and kick me and my disabled girlfriend out of the building with force because I wouldn't sit down in a lobby they told us not to sit in.Pat having no consideration for me being next in line.Overall white beard guy being intimidating and aggressive tone.Young black guy counting down on me like I was a child.And not listening or considering anything I was telling you.I feel like a proper apology is in order.
