If you don't have insurance, you'd better have a stack of cash to burn. Otherwise you're SOL.This discovery was made after an hour of filling out paperwork, after a situation necessitating a visit to a CRISIS CENTER.Would have been nice if the green haired monster at the window would have said something BEFORE handing the stack of paper over.

Only 1 star only because I have to to post. This place is not open 24hrs. The doors were locked to there "CRISIS DEPARTMENT"I took my son there because of mental health crisis. He does have a diagnosis. I had to call 911 and I had to get a very helpful Westminster police officer come and they made them keep him overnight. The next morning a lady (who claimed to be a mental health worker) told me to take my son home and not come back. My question is "they get paid for what and they help who." What a waste of tax payer money.

I would give zero stars but i cant. This place is a joke. I went in at 4 and some with someone who agreed o could benefit from the program then a nurse cam 3 hours late to tell me I have to be evaluated in er over night so I did. I go back to find out that I was denied and no spot was waiting for me. The lady at front desk was very rude and laughed at me.they really dont want to help anyone. Also while I was walking back in a lady had stuff in a plastic clear bag balling and started she wanted to just die and they just told her to leave. These people are not the re e r help they are there to make it worse for you. I wouldn't go there find another place.

FYI!! Services, not 24 hours. Door not open 24 hours! After not being able to get services after 2 days, I was standing on the sidewalk waiting for my ride when a person showed up and found out they closed at 10 pm that day. He said to me "I was going to kill myself today but I came down here because I thought it was 24 hours. Sister, I don't know what I am going to do." And for me, I was just overwhelmed and fatigued. The person doing my intake offered that we could do it right then or tomorrow. I chose right then. After the fifth time redirecting and reiterating that we could do it tomorrow I realized something wasn't right and it appeared the intake person might have been in worse fatigue than I was. I was now fearful of what might be written down about me. No clarity. Interrupting and, in my opinion, I wasn't being heard or understood. Another FYI, PEER SUPPORT IS THE ONLY WAY TO GO. I won't back.

My girlfriend called the crisis center for desperate help with her childs behavior, the child was hitting, spitting and trying to stab family within the house hold. The lady hurd everything over the phone...and refused to help even after taking the child in for care. We were sent home a told to take him to Mc Donalds which made no sence. As the situation continued after coming home, we had to call once again only to be told the same thing. Alot of beating around the bush to avoid the actual issue.All in all this was a very unhelpful and noncaring experience with the crisis center. Terrible!

Why was my first review taken down? Why was I charged over $800 for a free walk in clinic? Why is there no help here? Go anywhere else, please if you’re seeking help. Find a way to contact me, but don’t go to a place where staff is there for a paycheck and have literally no concept of any range/spectrum of mental illness. All they do is fault

So far so good. Took my brother there for mental crisis and alcohol abuse. I haven't heard from anyone yet sense I left but the staff were attentive and helpful. If I hear from them tonight I will be very pleased. Like I said so far so good.

First time I wrote a review for this place but had three experiences here. First one was for me and they helped me and my parents when nobody else would. The other two times were for my wife. 1st time they helped us out and got her into a program that helped... the follow up kinda sucked on our part but today the helped us out again. Diana and faith helped us today and I believe they were tje ones that helped me during my crisis. Great people that really care about you and try to help you. It does take a long time sometimes but its not there fault. I know its easy to write a bad review when your feeling down already but they really do wanna help. Hope more people write there experience even if its not perfect
