Excellent company to work with. As IT becomes more and more difficult to manage in the healthcare field, the technicians know what is required and are able to handle ANY situation or issue which is thrown their way. They are extremely knowledgeable and reliable and work to make sure your operations are up and running at all times. I would highly recommend this company over any other company in the area!

We have been using CompuSys since May 2015. Their team response time is second to none. If they need to come onsite for issues their here in a very timely manner. If we send an issue through their online portal, most requests are done without interruption to our business day. Professional and knowledgeable in all areas associated with IT and equipment.

CompuSys was incredibly helpful, kind, courteous, and great with communication in trying to help with my issue. I did not get the gentleman's name who mainly helped me (the owner, maybe?) but he was very diligent in providing thorough customer service and in explaining any steps that they were taking in order to help recover my hard drive. Unfortunately, they were not able to recover my data in-house (it was a deeper mechanical issue that the hard drive would have to be mailed out for), but I definitely recommend CompuSys and will consider them a go-to service for any IT-related problems in the future.

Called about data recovery.. was told because the hard drive had been opened there was nothing that could be done. There are literally THOUSANDS of tutorials on how to do this and there is no damage or nothing catastrophic that ever happens. I have had hundreds of hard drives apart and replaced heads and never had a issue. Either they didn't wanna help or they don't know what they are doing.

I called to get information about a "Data Recovery service" that I needed.Bryan was extremely helpful over the phone explaining how to best address the issue. I went over and they resolved my situation in a timely manner. Great customer service and professionalism. I would recommend their services 100%

Had a PC gaming rig and was cautious about giving them to any old PC repair place. These guys took my PC in and did exactly what I asked them, found out what was the problem with my PC and how to fix it and even offering for them to do it for me. They also fixed my start up button which I was sure was broke and then they even gave me a jerry rig start up button just in case it fails all for just the service charge when you give them your PC. One of the workers even came in on the weekend when it was closed to get my PC back in my hands so I could keep playing and I really appreciated that. They showed me their repair shop and it looks like a computer surgical room! These guys know what they are doing and I would direct anyone with any computer needs towards these guys!

Great customer service and a prompt diagnosis. There were many computer repair companies to choose from, but I chose CompuSys for their great reviews. They are really as great as everyone says and very honest! I will be using them for any needed future computer repairs.
