My experience with this place has been terrible. I left my computer here 14 days ago only because I was told the extra part needed would be ordered immediately and the computer would be ready within 4 days. After those 4 days, I called to get an update and they told me they hadn’t even ordered the extra part nor looked at my computer. I let 5 more days pass again before calling and they told me it still need a day or two more to be looked at. If I wanted my computer to just be sitting around, I would have left it at home. More importantly, when I dropped it off I specifically told them I would only drop it off if it wouldn’t take too long because it was needed for school. So unprofessional.
