My 12yr old had an issue with her gaming desktop. I called CNC and tried to explain the problem over the phone. John detected my lack of technological knowledge and was very friendly and professional giving me the options on how to have it working again. Within a few minutes I was able to have it fixed and my daughter now think I'm her hero. From now on, if I have a real issue with my computer I'll definitely trust the techs at CNC .
