we were "scammed" by one of those great messages that said "stop - call us now because your computer has been hacked" and we fell for it lock stock and barrel. The hackers are getting better and better. So after falling for the scam, I searched for a reputable local vendor who could make sure that we were good to go. Computer Network Center had excellent reviews online and I found that the owner responded regularly to every review submitted - even the dissatisfied ones - (of which there were only a few) - and gave them a try. I was also impressed by the number of customers that use them regularly - which is a testimony in itself.I was MORE THAN SATISFIED with the staff, the service and the follow up! Every single person was professional and very well versed in their roles. They found problems with the computer that was supposedly fixed by the hackers and got us secured. They also found hardware problems and replaced failing hardware and our computer is now faster than ever! I highly recommend CNC. I had them work on a second computer that had not been "hacked" but was running really slow (a MAC) and they replaced a failing hard drive and found issues with the set up that needed to be fixed as well.If you want a reputable firm that stands behind their work AND their word, use CNC!
