My experience with Comrade, well…. specifically, with Stan was exactly what dealing with a tech company should be like. As a business owner, I can’t tell you how frustrating it has been over the years dealing with companies who it seems are really good and learning fancy buzz-words but have a very limited skill-set when it comes to implementation. I have found myself many times at the end of a project when my own project manager says something like, “gee, it would have been cool if you would have done this.” When I ask “why didn’t we do this…” the reply is something to the effect of… because I didn’t ask… I rely on my tech providers to fill in the knowledge gap for me. And Comrade has done an amazing job outlining all my options, forecasting costs, and managing my expectations. I am truly grateful to be working with them and count on them as an integral part of our team.
