Overall Feedback:

I had a return, UPS tracking showed that the package was delivered and signed for. Never got the refund despite multiple attempt by phone (FYI no agent answered, and nobody returned my call) and by email. Very disappointed. Lesson learned, order only for reputable websites.UPDATE: After posting this 1 star review, I did receive a refund the next day. I updated the rating to 2 stars as a result.
