Overall Feedback:

Called on Thurs 4/11 and spoke with Brianna. Told her I was looking for home and auto ins. Gave her all my information and she was going to call me back that day or Fri with a quote. As of today, Tues 4/16, I have not heard from her or anyone else at the agency. Not good business etiquette. I wouldn't even give them one star but it was the only way I could post this.
