My experience of this company was very bad. It’s difficult to know where to start, as there were so many negatives, but here is a synopsis.Many web designers will say “ we’re great at interpreting a brief”. In my opinion these guys were absolutely hopeless at interpreting what I wanted to do, despite repeated attempts to convey my ideas. The designs they came up with failed to inspire me. The coding was sloppy – many artifacts, things not working properly, things not lined up. Despite my request for a full CMS site, many pages were left as flat files which I couldn’t edit.Their communication was dreadful – emails routinely went unanswered for weeks. My site was left unfinished and I had to threaten legal action to get the source code out of them so another developer could finish off the job.At the end of it all, I felt as if I had been mugged. They took my money and the impression I got was that they really couldn’t have cared less whether they had done a good job or not.I would treat the series of 5 star reviews about this company with a large pinch of salt. One of those reviews is from Malcolm Farmiloe. It just so happens that Malcolm Farmiloe is a director of the company. Another review from happy employee Michelle Hellier is also amusing. Michelle is the wife of the owner. Check out the genuine employee reviews on Glassdoor for a more insightful opinion.

What an incredible experience! I went to them with a very brief idea of what I wanted and they managed to make it happen and with a very fast turn around. They gave me many options that all exceeded my expectations.

I have known the owner Matt personally for 16 years and can vouch for the high quality of the work he produces. He is a dedicated professional that goes the extra mile to complete a brief to the highest standard. I am a Graphics Specialist employed by a local helicopter company in the External Relations department so I understand the difficulty in meeting clients expectations but I have no doubt about Matt's ability to follow through and complete a brief effectively.

I have used Core Creative's services for over 15 years (while at Impey UK and now Okee) and have always been blown away by the results. Their creative ability is second to none. Matt and the team take time to understand your brand and the direction you want to go before they present you with concepts. Matt is great at challenging what you believe your brand to represent and helping you focus on what you want to achieve. Highly recommended designers and branding specialists.
