Warehouse management needs improvement and they are the main reason why there's such a high turnover rate here. Understaffing and working too many Saturdays. Warehouse management keeps holding grudges/vendettas against other associates and they prohibit other associates from doing their jobs.

I worked there for two years and just left last month. The pay is good, especially during the holiday season. Benefits are pretty good, laid back work environment for the most part, and responsible leaders who work with you when you need it.

I wish I found out about this place sooner my only complaint is that it's a little too congested with all the product being on the floor other than that this place is fantastic and I will continue to shop there
