My experience has been great. They are a broker so your specific insurer will be the point of contact for any claims (and be the determinant of whether something is covered/not). For insurance questions, I've found them to be good at responding to questions, following up with any issues, etc. I'd recommend working with them.

Switched over to CS today and was pleased with the time Doug took to explain differences between current policies and his recommended offering - he did explore multiple options. The savings were so deep that I was able to increase umbrella coverage as we start to see teen drivers next year in our household. I also like the review and multiple insurance options next year to ensure best coverage, best price while maintaining quality service when required. It literally pays to check out independent agencies.
