Pyramid Scheme, stay away. Door to door sales job, based on commission. They have multiple names for the company, CSMC, New York Skyline, Cornerstone, etc. All of them are the same companies, don't be fooled.

So I started working hereabout 5 months ago and was a little skeptical at first but I decided to give it a shot and I'm glad I did. I am now financially stable and working my way up to make even more. Everyone that works here is super friendly and has no problem helping you out to get better and touch up your skills.

I am currently a student at Susquehanna University. I came in as an intern and developed a lot of skills that will help me out in the future. This company gives me the opportunity to grow. I got promoted very quickly and got into an account manager role. I developed skills like managing people and teaching other how to interact with other people. The biggest thing I got out of this company is that if you put your head down you can grow very quickly. I was part of the company for about 3 months and I was one of the top reps in the company. I am very competitive so it fit my skill set I just need to learn the marketing skills necessary to do the job correctly. At first, I did not know what I was getting myself into. I stuck with it and it worked out very well. I had the chance to network with top guys in the in the business. The group of people I worked with are great. It’s a family environment. I enjoyed every minute of it and not only that the money was great as well. if anyone wants the chances to grow and develop some communication skills my advice is to come in and give it a shot. That is what I did and it worked out very well for me.

Place is a joke. Interview was easy. They seem very desperate for people... do you know why? I do. It's a pyramid scheme... granted if you need a job then take it. It's DOOR TO DOOR "sales". They classify it as "direct marketing". They throw numbers at you to make it seem like it's worth it, which it could be if your desperate for a job. They look for young males willing to do whatever. You go from entry level(on a team), to team leader(kinda running your own team), to assistant(running the team, payroll, etc.), to "CEO" (very loose term). IT'S A PYRAMID SCHEME. As you get paid so does everyone above you and above them. And FYI door to door sales.. you will walk around in the rain, snow, hail, heat, whatever. Just save yourself the gas money and don't do it.
